Businesses in Rugby are being given the opportunity to join a FaB new networking group which is launching in the town this month.
The Midlands’ premier business support and networking organisation, FaB Networking, has identified Rugby as the perfect location for the next phase of its expansion across the region and is inviting local businesses to a special event launching the new fortnightly meetings.
The free launch takes place at the Barley Barn Pub in Newbold on Avon, at 6pm on Tuesday, September 19. After that, the networking meetings, which are being run by mother and daughter team Amanda Bourne and Gemma Worthington, will be held at the same venue on the first and third Tuesdays of every month (6pm-8pm).
To celebrate the launch of the new group, any businesses signing up on the night will not have to pay the one-off £99 joining fee. Membership is £45 per month, including attendance and refreshments at networking events.
Rugby is the fourth group to be added to the FaB Networking family, which already has established groups operating successfully in Tamworth, Nuneaton and Hinckley. A fifth is being launched in Derby at the end of September.
FaB Networking is working in conjunction with Juliette Ryley of ActionCOACH – the world’s number one business consulting firm and all networking meetings include education slots or activities designed to propel businesses to the next level.
Amanda and Gemma said: “We are very excited about our new home in Rugby at The Barley Barn, Barley Mow Pub, where visitors will receive a warm welcome from Kelly and Simon, including snacks and light refreshments.
“We would like to invite local businesses along to find out more about what we do and how we work. Our meetings are relaxed, friendly and provide the perfect environment for business owners to meet, share ideas and resources and build a local business community that delivers real opportunities to all.
“The FaB Networking ethos is to enable local businesses to reach their full growth potential by helping them to connect, sell and save. All members receive support in working towards their business goals, through our speakers and partner organisations and shared experiences of members.
“We are proud to be working in conjunction with Juliette Ryle of ActionCOACH and all meetings include activities designed to propel businesses to the next level.
“We’re looking forward to launching in Rugby and hope to welcome lots of potential new members on the 19th. It’s definitely worth coming to see what we’re all about and if you like what you hear you can sign up on the night without having to pay the £99 joining fee.”
FaB Networking Rugby has a one-seat policy and is aiming to grow to 40-plus members across a range of industries and sectors.
